Canotec Customer Care Team win the big award at The Know List 2014.

For the second year running the Canotec Team have picked up a highly coveted "K" award at the annual Legal & Professional IT awards, held in London... The Know List Awards.

350 of the Legal & Professional services industry were at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London to see Canotec receive the Best Customer Service award. It was a double win for the team with RPC, a Canotec client, also winning an award for Engagement which involved the Canotec team.

The award for Best Customer Service, will sit proudly alongside last years' ‘K’ award for Customer Engagement reflecting how much passion and focus the whole DMC Canotec Group have on the customer experience.

"I was pretty stunned when I heard our name called out and the cheer that went up from the room is one that I will never forget.  It was very special being able to celebrate with so many of our customers there on the night, cheering us on for another ‘K’ Award.” commented Canotec founder, David Newman.
